Pre-Reunion Gathering (Sept 17, 2025)

Although it is not part of the official program, this is an opportunity for friends and family who are already in Strasbourg on that day to meet up.

  • 17:00–18:00: Meet at the hotel’s lowest floor (reception area), where drinks and light snacks are available.
    • Anyone who has not yet paid the reunion fee can do so here (cash in US dollars or euros of equivalent value, no need to exchange).
  • Afterwards, we can stroll into the city center (either as a group or individually by family), or take a boat ride on the river to enjoy the city views.
  • Dinner: self-arranged, at European or Asian restaurants.
  • Coffee or beers afterwards: also self-arranged (per family).
  • The hotel is within 5–10 minutes’ walking distance of the center.

 

Tuy không nằm trong chương trình tổ chức nhưng cũng có dịp để họp mặt các bạn bè và gia đình nào đã có mặt ngày hôm đó ở Strasbourg

 

-17H 18H: gặp mặt tại tầng dưới cùng khách sạn và cũng là réception , có bán nước, ăn nhẹ. Các bạn nào chưa thanh toán tiền dự réunion có thể thanh toán tại nơi này( tiền mặt dollars hoặc euro tương đương về trị giá , không cần phải đổi )

- Sau đó chúng ta có thể thả bộ ra centre ville ( đi chung với nhóm hoặc riêng lẻ tùy mỗi gia đình), hoặc dạo thuyền trên sông , ngắm phố phường....)

- Ăn uống tự túc , restaurant Âu- Á 

 

- Cà phê hoặc lai rai bia( tùy mỗi gia đình/ tự túc )

 

Khách sạn gần đó khoảng 5-10 phút đi bộ
